Great idea for a blog, although this particular topic might be a little odd. Since batteries often contain hazardous materials, it may not be ideal to use them in terrain projects. In your defense though, the risk is probably minor, and they look great as tanks though!
Batteries have a chance to decay and leak corrosive acid. Good looking as terrain but still beware.
